A rare and precious stone, Aotea is formed from fuchsite, kyanite, & quarts, and only found in Jacobs River - Makaawhio. This stone gives off an array of blues, browns and whites, forming some beautiful and unique patterns.
Niho (tusk/tooth) are associated with sharks and whales and were traditionally used as tools and worn as a sign of rank. They symbolise strength, honour, and courage.
